Long Overdue

Yes, I know...I'm long overdue for a picture blog with polaroids from Erica'a party...but I have hardly any time at work for extra things like scanning so it's on the back burner for now

But I can talk about school. I love my classes. I seem to be doing well in my Linguistics class. I got a 92 on my first quiz. Quiz 2 is Monday so we'll have to see how that goes. I'm not sure if I want to continue with the Linguistics minor though. I really want to learn more languages and I don't think I'll have time to study the languages I especially want if I'm trying to get all the core Linguistic classes done in the next three semesters.

Ceramics class is good...it's kind of funny though. It's a really intro level class and I'm the only one in there that's had real experience with ceramic sculpture. I have gotten a little bored with some of the "lecture" part but I'm excited to get to use my own kiln whenever I want and just practice glazing and building without too much pressure to create "art".

I'm sick right now and it pretty much sucks. Started with a sore throat and moved to a sinus thing and now I can feel it slowing moving down to my lungs. I really hope it goes away soon because I hate going to the doctor. Especially when I know that he'll just put me on antibiotics. Oh well. It should be gone within the next week or so.....I hope....
